I've been building a business, and I just contacted my first user. Actual contact, video chat. The user was not overly interested in doing the thing, but they left the call saying, "there's a reason we met today." That gave me some hope. There's a reason everyone is meeting. And there is some reason why this meeting happened. It was also very weird because they were not in the country I thought they were in. I was also completely honest with them, and I may have overshared just a little. But I'm building community and trust, so let's go with honesty.

I felt like they wouldn't be the ideal user for the product. I got this feeling that they might know someone who could be the ideal user. But only time will tell. It is also a step in the right direction. I need to do that 100 more times. Let's see how fast I can contact 100 potential users. That part is up to me. How many phone calls can I make in X amount of time? That's cool.

I got to tell someone about all the businesses started and not finished today. It was an impressive list as I told it, and it also sounded a bit ridiculous to say it out loud because it's only me. business, business, business, book, sports, those other things too, and all that stuff that was going on. It made me feel a little foolish to say it all out loud. When I heard it, I thought, "damn bro, that's a lot!" I'm trying to retire bruh!
